Enhanced Blog Editor
We're pleased to announce that we've updated our blog editor with rich text formatting, easier posting and image-embedding. 

We have had comments from some users having difficulty with using youtube embed codes, so here are the quick steps on that. 

  1. Copy the embed code 
  2. In your blog editor, hit the "html" button
  3. Paste the embed code
  4. Hit the "Text" button 
  5. The embedded media will appear in your editor, and you can save or publish. 
We'll be adding new features in coming weeks, so keep an eye on your blog tool and this page for new developments.

New Zoomshare E-mail: Faster, with More Features.

Responding directly to customer feedback, we are very excited to announce that we have just launched a brand new e-mail system. This new interface offers an entire suite of additional features, with faster load times, and a smoother experience.

New Zoomshare e-mail has improved in the following ways:

  • Attachment size increase – send and receive attachments up to 8MB.
  • Better spam filtering – mark messages as ‘Junk’ to send them directly to your ‘Junk’ folder. If you accidentally send a message to ‘Junk’, you can whitelist the sender and move the message back to your inbox with the click of a button.
  • Customizable to suit your unique needs – click ‘Settings’ to see the various options available.
  • Faster loading and less error prone – your mailbox loads even thousands of messages in a few seconds.
  • Modern look and feel – resembles the look of many popular e-mail programs.

    • To access your new mailbox, simply click the ‘email’ tab in your website’s console.

Use the Safari and Chrome Browsers to Edit Your Zoomshare Site

We are excited to inform the Zoomshare community that we just launched an updated version of our Web Page Editor, making it usable and compatible with Apple's Safari browser. It offers a bit more features and functionality, too, so check it out ASAP.

Please note that the way you embed images into web pages has changed slightly.

Instructions and screen shot examples can be found below.

  • Click the 'Insert/edit image' button
  • Click the 'Browse' button
  • Embed your images from File Storage as you normally would

Make your site Social!

Social networks are a popular way of keeping in touch and staying informed.

Zoomshare proudly introduces the latest in our Gadgets lineup, Social Networking! Now your friends and family can stay up-to-date with all of your happenings in one convenient location. And by displaying your social network profiles and feeds, new visitors can easily connect with you!!

If your favorite network isn't there yet, don't worry - we'll be adding more soon! And remember, to use the new Gadgets, you must be using a Gadgets enabled template. Visit your Site Manager to select a template that has the Gadgets available!

Managing the Social Network Gadget is easy. Go to the Gadgets tab within your console and click "Configure" under the Social gadget to set up your various social networks. Each network is different and will require different information - this might be your username or your email address. And you can remove any network information at any time by visiting the Configure area!
